熵如力、能量和动量一样是物理学中一个重要概念,若能用一种通俗易懂的方法设计熵的教学,对文科物理的教学有重要意义.为此本文提出了一种通俗的熵的教法,这一教法不需要学生学习热力学第二定律也可以建立熵的概念.具体教学设计如下:通过日常生活例子引入熵的概念(也就是玻尔兹曼熵),设计两个例子让学生会计算熵,通过具体问题的讨论让学生充分理解熵的意义,通过一个实例由玻尔兹曼熵引入克劳修斯熵公式,设计一个演示实验强化教学效果,将熵与环境保护联系起来融入人文情怀,最后还强调了熵计算的不同层次.教学设计完全采用基于问题学习(PBL)的教学模式.  相似文献

本文使用有限元方法对宽体液腔Janus-Helmholtz(JH)换能器进行了仿真分析,得出了壳体宽度拓展增量对JH换能器工作性能的影响规律。使用三维建模的方式,分析了连接部分对换能器性能的影响及宽体壳体的的模态,证明了三维建模的必要性。依据仿真优化结构设计了一款宽体液腔JH换能器并进行了湖上测试。最终测试结果与仿真结果有很好的一致性,相较直筒JH换能器其谐振频率降低300Hz,发射电压响应最高可达144dB。  相似文献

The indentation technique is widely used in measuring the mechanical properties of soft matter at the microscale or nanoscale,but still faces challenges by these unique properties as well as the consequent strong surface adhesion, including the strong nonlinear effect, unclear judgment of the contact point, difficulties in estimating the contact area, and the risk of the indenter piercing the sample. Here we propose a two-step method to solve these problems: lay a hard film on a soft matter, and obtain the viscoelastic properties of this soft matter through the indentation response of this composite structure. We first establish a theoretical indentation model of the hard film-soft substrate system based on the theory of plates, elastic-viscoelastic correspondence principle and Boltzmann superposition principle. To verify the correctness of this method, we measure the mechanical properties of the methyl vinyl silicone rubber(MVSR) covered by a Cu nanofilm. Finally, we test the effectiveness and error sensitivity of this method with the finite element method(FEM). The results show that our method can accurately measure the mechanical properties of soft matter, while effectively circumventing the problems of the traditional indentation technique.  相似文献

随着电力需求的逐年增长,干式变压器的数量也在不断增加。干式变压器在运行时存在着振动和噪声的问题,为了对干式变压器振动的规律与特点进行研究,本文建立了干式变压器本体振动的有限元仿真模型,通过电磁分析获得相应的磁场分布,然后利用结构动力学分析得到其本体振动的相关规律。通过对处于运行状态的变压器振动数据进行实测分析,得到变压器振动的特征频率,然后对仿真结果进行对比分析,可以发现振动幅度与频率之间存在的关系。本文的研究结果可对干式变压器的减振降噪研究提供参考。  相似文献

Infection of hosts by morbilliviruses is facilitated by the interaction between viral hemagglutinin (H-protein) and the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM). Recently, the functional importance of the n-terminal region of human SLAM as a measles virus receptor was demonstrated. However, the functional roles of this region in the infection process by other morbilliviruses and host range determination remain unknown, partly because this region is highly flexible, which has hampered accurate structure determination of this region by X-ray crystallography. In this study, we analyzed the interaction between the H-protein from canine distemper virus (CDV-H) and SLAMs by a computational chemistry approach. Molecular dynamics simulations and fragment molecular orbital analysis demonstrated that the unique His28 in the N-terminal region of SLAM from Macaca is a key determinant that enables the formation of a stable interaction with CDV-H, providing a basis for CDV infection in Macaca. The computational chemistry approach presented should enable the determination of molecular interactions involving regions of proteins that are difficult to predict from crystal structures because of their high flexibility.  相似文献

Bi-injection moulding is a widely used process to manufacture engineering products and consumer goods. Typically, a thermoplastic is combined with rubber or another thermoplastic to create colour differences or hard and soft areas, respectively. The aim of this study was to optimise the injection parameters and processing conditions for the moulding of two-component standard peel test specimens with suitable functional properties. In this work, all parameters of thermo-rheo-kinetic behaviour were identified to predict the entire filling stage and the effect of a liquid silicone rubber cross-linking reaction during the injection moulding process. The models of Carreau-Yasuda and Isayev-Deng regarding the thermal dependence assumed by Arrhenius’ law were used. In our study, over-injection moulding is simulated and examined using finite element software (Cadmould 3D) to investigate the thermo-rheo-kinetic behaviour and the adhesion of liquid silicone rubber during the filling mould process in over-moulding. Numerical simulation results were then compared with the experimental results, and good agreement was obtained.  相似文献

The chalcogenido indates K6In2Q6 (Q = S, Se, Te) were synthesized from melts of the pure elements at a maximum temperature of 700 °C. All three potassium salts contain dinuclear units [In2Q6]6– of two edge-sharing [InQ4] tetrahedra. The sulfido and the selenido indate are isotypic and crystallize in the K6Mn2O6-type structure [monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 784.32(9)/809.32(3), b = 1274.58(14)/1322.37(4), c = 836.48(9)/870.53(3) pm, β = 97.900(2)/97.5877(8)°, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0123/0.0109; for Q = S/Se]. The tellurido indate K6In2Te6 crystallizes in a new orthorhombic structure type [space group Pnma, a = 1793.70(12), b = 1491.55(11), c = 837.40(6) pm, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0157]. In this structure, the telluride anions form a hexagonal close packing, in which K+ cations occupy all octahedral voids; the In3+ ions take 1/6 (but always adjacent) tetrahedral voids. This structure-chemical relation to the h.c.p. packing, which is similarly found for most of the sodium dimetallates (e.g. Na6Fe2S6), is substantiated by a full crystallographic group-subgroup tree. The crystal chemistry of the new indates is discussed and compared with that of alkali chalcogenido metallates(III) of Fe, Al and Ga containing [M2Q6]6– dimers, which overall form as many as ten different structure types. DFT band structure calculations of the three title compounds exhibit bandgaps, which continuously decrease from the S to the Te compound and which are also in accordance with the pale yellow (S), bright yellow (Se) and red-brown (Te) color of the compounds. The chemical bonding in the salts and within the metallate anion is discussed on the basis of the partial DOS and a Bader analysis of the calculated electron density.  相似文献

Four new heteroleptic [Cu(NN)P2]+-type cuprous complexes— 1 -TPP, 2 -POP, 3 -Xantphos, and 4 -DPPF—were designed and synthesized using a diimine ligand 2-(2′-pyridyl)benzoxazole (2-PBO) and different phosphine ligands (TPP, triphenylphosphine; POP, bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl]ether; Xantphos, 4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)-9,9-dimethylxanthene; DPPF, 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)-ferrocene). All complexes were characterized using single-crystal X-ray diffraction, spectroscopic analysis (infrared, UV–Vis.), elemental analysis, and photoluminescence (PL). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed complexes 1 – 4 as isolated cation complex structures with a tetrahedral CuN2P2 coordination geometry and diverse P–Cu–P angles. Their UV–Vis. absorption spectra exhibited a blue-shift sequence in wavelength with an enlarged P–Cu–P angle from 4 to 2 then to 3 and then to 1 . The PL emission peaks of 1 – 3 also exhibited a similar blue-shift sequence ( 2 → 3 → 1 ). Their PL lifetime in microseconds (~7.5, 5.1, and 4.7 μs for 1 , 2 , and 3 , respectively) indicated that their PL behavior represents phosphorescence. Time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculation and wavefunction analysis revealed that S1 and T1 states of 1 – 3 should be assigned as metal–ligand and ligand–ligand charge-transfer (ML + L'L)CT states. Their UV–Vis. absorption and phosphorescence should be attributed to the charge transfer from the P–Cu–P segment to the 2-PBO ligand. Therefore, as the P–Cu–P angle increased (lower HOMO), the energy of S1 and T1 states also increased, following the change of PL color.  相似文献

Four metal complexes, IL-OPPh2-Ru-p-cymene (3) , IL-OPPh2-Ru-benzene (4) , IL-OPPh2-Ir-Cp* (5) , IL-OPPh2-Rh-COD (6) , have been evaluated for in vitro antioxidant activity such as 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging and reducing power activity. Maximum scavenging activity (71.43%) was obtained with IL-OPPh2-Ru-p-cymene, whereas IL-OPPh2-Rh-COD showed the highest reducing power ability. The complexes were also studied for their antimicrobial activity against three Gram-positive and three Gram-negative bacteria. In addition, DNA binding of the complexes was evaluated using calf thymus DNA. Both Ru(II) complexes exhibited good DNA-binding activity while the other complexes did not have any activity. Furthermore, ab initio quantum calculations of four complexes were also carried out using density functional theory to better understand their chemical behaviors.  相似文献

基于Lagoudas形状记忆合金(SMA)三维本构模型,假设材料为各向同性,推导了SMA平面应力状态的增量型本构方程,继而编写了ABAQUS用户自定义材料(UMAT)子程序,研究了在双向拉伸情况下,外载荷、温度、椭圆孔口长短轴之比对超弹性SMA椭圆孔口板中应力诱发马氏体相变区的影响。数值结果表明:应力诱发马氏体相变首先发生在椭圆孔口长轴端点部位,在外加载荷作用下逐渐扩展到板内,并由内向外形成马氏体相区、相变混合区和奥氏体相区;SMA板内应力诱发马氏体完全相变区面积与施加外载荷成正相关,与温度成负相关;随着椭圆孔口长短轴之比增大,SMA板内应力诱发马氏体完全相变区面积呈现出先减小后增大的趋势;拉应力差值相同时,相较于拉应力沿椭圆孔口长轴方向较大的情况,当拉应力沿椭圆孔口短轴方向较大时,SMA板内完全相变区面积较大,椭圆孔口周边应力集中现象更明显。  相似文献
